Discovered a gorgeous blue star flower this week – Laurentia axillaris – perfect clump forming almost grass-like annual. Great as a low border plant, with twinkling slivers of blue flowers. They like heat apparently – I’ve planted them in strips along a high balcony in window boxes. Highly recommended. Has anyone else had any good or bad experiences with planting this darling little blue star flower?
